Golf Management firm will oversee the operations, agronomy and sales and marketing for the daily-fee course

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Dec. 28, 2020) – OB Sports Golf Management is pleased to announce it has been selected to manage Mountain Falls Golf Club in Pahrump, Nev., a daily-fee course located about 60 miles west of Las Vegas.

OB Sports will oversee the golf operations, agronomy and sales and marketing for the club, which is the centerpiece of the Mountain Falls community currently under development by Taylor Morrison Homes.

Mountain Falls Golf Club is a Cal Olson and Jack Nicklaus design that originally opened for play in 2002. The 18-hole, par-72 course features year-round rye grass fairways as well as views of the surrounding mountains and desert vistas. Golf Advisor, the leading source of golf course ratings and reviews by golfers, for golfers, consistently ranks Mountain Falls among the “Top 10 Golf Courses in Nevada.”

As an OB Sports-managed club, guests and community residents of Mountain Falls can expect superior course conditions, excellent guest service and exciting programs, including OB/Troon Rewards in which golfers earn points toward complimentary golf at participating properties worldwide.

“OB Sports is proud to be affiliated with such a fine golf course and community as Mountain Falls,” said C.A. Roberts, President of OB Sports. “Given our company’s extensive experience in Nevada, combined with the additional support of Troon, we are greatly looking forward to working with Taylor Morrison on this exciting project.”

In addition to golf, the Mountain Falls community features two swimming pools, a splash pad for kids, a community fitness facility and a banquet facility. The Mountain Falls clubhouse is home to a well-appointed golf shop and The Grill Room restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

“We are thrilled to announce this management relationship with OB Sports,” said James Gomez, Division President for Taylor Morrison. “Our shared goal is to enhance the experience for golf guests at Mountain Falls, as well as providing additional benefits for our valued homeowners.”
