Exemplary performers from across BJL’s nationwide portfolio honored for their hard work and achievements

ALPHARETTA, Georgia – Bobby Jones Links, one of the fastest-growing club management and development companies in the industry, recently held its annual Cloverleaf Collaborative, a gathering of the leaders from its portfolio of managed properties to engage in networking, team building, educational and leadership seminars and to award the outstanding achievements of BJL team members and properties that excelled in 2025.

“This year’s Cloverleaf Collective had a tremendous energy and a wonderful exchange of information that helped motivate our company’s leaders to own their roles with pride, passion, creativity, and collaboration,” said BJL Co-Founder Steve Willy.

“Celebrating our individual and collective wins while empowering our teams to lean on each other and to help develop tomorrow’s leaders gave everyone in attendance a shared sense of culture and inspiration. It’s such a worthwhile and fulfilling event for BJL family.”

In addition to meetings, team building sessions, mixers, and seminars, the BJL Cloverleaf Collaborative also hosted an esteemed group of guest speakers with messages designed to inspire and empower BJL team members.

The hand-chosen group of guest speakers included a mix of internal leaders from within Bobby Jones Links and a few external voices who bring seasoned industry-based perspectives and deep experience in leadership, service, and culture.

Those guest speakers included Ryan Magnon, Chief Operating Officer of Ithaka Hospitality Partners, a dynamic speaker with an impressive hospitality background. “Ryan is passionate about service and culture and actually was part of BJL’s re-branding in 2018. He worked with our team at that time to build our service standards and cultural initiatives,” Allyson Kahl Darling, BJL’s Vice President of Experiences said.

Ross Liggett, Founder and Managing Partner of Metolius Golf, also addressed the attendees at Cloverleaf. “We knew that our team would be captivated by Ross. His knowledge of how AI is impacting golf management is invaluable,” Darling added. “We chose speakers who genuinely live the values we talk about — service focused culture, proven results, innovation, and striving for excellence.

“Not only are Ryan and Ross very highly acclaimed experts in our industry, we consider them partners and friends who don’t just speak about culture but actively build it every day through their actions and influence.”

In all, BJL’s Cloverleaf Collaborative promoted the ethos and every touchpoint of leadership has an impact and helps develop across every level of the organization.
