Each company is now officially a preferred partner of the other for the simulator segment in an effort to give operators a modern, unified workflow for league play, tournaments, and day-to-day reservations.

MILL VALLEY, Calif. and WAYNE, Pa. — Whoosh, Inc., the leading provider of modern operations software for golf, racquet and hospitality facilities, and Golf Genius, the leading worldwide provider of cloud solutions for golf professionals, facilities, tours, and associations, today announced an expanded partnership to serve the rapidly growing golf simulator market. 

Together, the companies will deliver an innovative, unified workflow solution that helps simulator operators manage league play, tournaments, and day-to-day reservations more efficiently.

This new service offering enables simulator facility managers the ability to streamline scheduling and league management, simplify daily operations, improve staff efficiency, and deliver more organized and engaging recreational experiences for their customers.

Beginning in 2026, the two platforms will work together through a clearly defined division of responsibilities. Whoosh will serve as the front-end reservation and operations hub for simulator clubs, bay bookings, lesson bookings, payments, check-ins, and customer experiences. Golf Genius Tournament Management will handle all aspects of tournament and league management, including setup, registration, an unmatched variety of competitive formats, live scoring, and custom event portals designed specifically for simulator leagues, groups, and events.

This powerful combination of resources will enable:

  • Whoosh customers to easily set up, manage, and promote leagues and competitions that drive incremental revenue by attracting loyal customers who enjoy frequent play, competition, and social engagement.
  • Golf Genius Tournament Management customers to leverage a robust scheduling platform that replaces paper, spreadsheets, and legacy tee sheets with a cloud-hosted, duration-based system designed to optimize pricing and increase bay utilization.

Simulator leagues and tournaments play a pivotal role in generating consistent, repeat revenue for facilities, but operators face staffing constraints and lack effective tools to manage a full calendar of events. The integration of Whoosh and Golf Genius Tournament Management addresses these challenges by providing a unified solution that simplifies administrative processes, reduces manual tasks, and saves valuable labor hours.
