The community selects Verdex Construction as the general contractor for the 60,000-square-foot facility

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida  – Panther National, the exclusive modern golf and lifestyle community in Palm Beach Gardens, has selected Verdex Construction as the general contractor for its 60,000-square-foot Clubhouse designed by acclaimed Miami-based architect Max Strang of STRANG in partnership with Peacock + Lewis and Decorators Unlimited.

Construction is underway, with the Clubhouse expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.

“This Clubhouse is a defining project for Panther National,” said Frank Weed, CEO of Panther National. “It will reflect the sophistication and energy of our community and deliver the level of quality and service our members expect. Verdex shares our commitment to precision, execution, and excellence.”

The Clubhouse will serve as the central gathering place of Panther National’s exclusive, modern golf and lifestyle community. Designed to blend architectural sophistication with functionality, the facility will offer Michelin-inspired dining, Fashion and Golf Shop, expansive locker rooms, fitness center, event lawn, and courtyard with fire pit. The focal point is “The Rock,” a striking tower with a sophisticated wine bar and a private dining area.

Construction is being led by West Palm Beach–based Verdex Construction, a firm recognized for its exceptional craftsmanship and community-centered approach. Verdex’s distinguished portfolio includes high-profile developments such as the Canopy Hotel by Hilton in downtown West Palm Beach, the Watermark at West Palm Beach senior living community, and Tortoise One Apartments—affirming its reputation as one of Florida’s premier contractors.

“We’re honored to work with Panther National on one of the most ambitious and distinctive private club facilities in the country,” said Rex Kirby, President and CEO of Verdex Construction. “Our team is excited to bring this vision to life.”

Seamlessly integrated into its surroundings, the Clubhouse design will incorperate full-height windows, organic materials, and a soft, neutral palette that blurs the line between indoors and out. With its minimalist aesthetic, enriched by natural wood and stone, the Clubhouse will embody a timeless elegance that mirrors the distinctive style of the development’s Signature Estate Homes. This harmony of modernity and nature underscores Panther National’s dedication to sustainable, forward-thinking design.
