Professional golfer has contributed more than $10 million to charity partners through his foundation, including a new endowment to Dallas Children’s Hospital to support pediatric cancer research
Dallas-native Spieth was introduced to the game of golf at Invited’ s first club – Brookhaven, which opened in 1957.
The first edition of Crush It! Cup in 2024 featured 36 juniors from Invited Clubs nationwide, who earned their spot in the tournament by participating in an extensive Golf Marathon Fundraiser to raise funds for the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation (JSFF).
At the end of the tournament and together with a charitable donation from Invited, more than $250,000 was contributed to the JSFF. The 2025 Crush It! Cup edition aims to raise another $250,000 for Jordan’s Foundation.
Crush It! Cup will feature 40 juniors from 57 Invited Clubs across 18 states who collectively played 15,223 holes and raised more than $118,564 this past summer. Spieth will play the first hole alongside each participant during the tournament. Here is the link to see detailed information about the young participants and donate to the Crush It! Cup fundraiser.
Created by Invited in 2020, Crush It! is an esteemed and nationally recognized junior golf program, which over the years has provided opportunities for thousands of junior golfers to participate in golf instruction and learn skills that transfer on and off the course.
“One of the major rewards of being a professional golfer is partnering with like-minded organizations such as Invited, that value supporting youth and investing in our communities,” said Spieth. “The first Crush It! Cup was a memorable experience for me, spending time with the next generation of golfers and getting to know their families. I love seeing how this program is teaching both commitment to the game as well as a wider lesson of philanthropy.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to partner with Invited and its members and thank them for their support of our Foundation’s work.”
Over the last decade, the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation has donated more than $10 million for its charity partners, with one of its four mission pillars focusing on pediatric cancer. As a continuation of this commitment, the Foundation’s first endowment was established this year to support pediatric cancer research at Children’s Health℠ in Dallas, an organization Spieth holds in high regard and close to his heart.
Spieth joined Invited in 2022 as a strategic advisor, brand ambassador, and a partner on a series of charitable and community initiatives that benefit youth organizations, pediatric cancer research, American veterans and military families.
