FRISCO, Texas – Bob Sowards, who won the 2023 Senior PGA Professional Championship on Nov. 1, will lead the Corebridge Financial PGA Team consisting of PGA of America Golf Professionals to the 2024 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship. The team consists of the low 35 scorers from the Senior PGA Professional Championship. 

Sowards recorded a stellar final-round 6-under-par 66 on PGA Golf Club’s Wanamaker course to finish at 15-under-par 272. The win marked the second Senior PGA Professional Championship title for Sowards, who previously claimed the Leo Fraser Trophy in 2018, also at PGA Golf Club. He is the seventh PGA of America Golf Professional to win two Senior PGA Professional Championships. 

The low scorers who earned exemptions into the 2024 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship and a position on the 2024 Corebridge Financial PGA Team are:
