Handcrafted Japanese performance brand strengthens relationships with players while delivering world-class tour support and custom club-building expertise

ORANGE COUNTY, California  – PROTOCONCEPT GOLF continues to elevate its growing TOUR Program, expanding its presence across professional golf while providing personalized equipment support to players competing on the LPGA Tour, PGA Tour, Korn Ferry Tour, LIV Tour, and other elite competitive circuits.

Under the leadership of Director of TOUR Operations and Master Club Builder Steve Loerzel, the program has become a key component of the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation, performance, and player development.

Over the past year, PROTOCONCEPT’s TOUR Program has evolved from a growing presence on professional tours into a comprehensive player-support platform focused on custom fitting, equipment optimization, and direct tour engagement.

The program provides players with access to handcrafted Japanese clubs, custom-built wedges and irons, loft and lie adjustments, grip changes, testing opportunities, and on-site technical support throughout the season.

PROTOCONCEPT GOLF staff player TK Kim competed among the world’s best at the U.S. Open Championship. For PROTOCONCEPT GOLF, being represented on this stage was both an honor and a responsibility. Every experience gathered during weeks like this helps inspire the products we design and the standards we pursue.

“Our TOUR Program is about much more than equipment,” said Steve Loerzel. “It is about building relationships with players, understanding their needs, and providing the highest level of service and craftsmanship possible. As more players discover the performance and precision of PROTOCONCEPT GOLF, we are seeing increased interest across multiple tours.”

PROTOCONCEPT staffer Jodi Shadoff is having a strong 2026 season, highlighted by a hole-in-one at the Queen City Championship that raised her career total to seven, just one shy of the all-time LPGA record. She also earned a top ten finish in April, tying for sixth at the Riviera Maya Open at Mayakoba, and has shown consistent form by making the cut in most of her LPGA Tour starts this season.

As the TOUR Program continues to mature, PROTOCONCEPT is focused on expanding player relationships, increasing equipment usage, and strengthening its support network throughout professional golf. The company’s commitment to handcrafted excellence, combined with personalized service and tour-level expertise, positions the brand for continued growth and recognition among elite players worldwide.

The evolution of the TOUR Program reflects PROTOCONCEPT GOLF’s broader mission: delivering uncompromising performance through precision engineering, meticulous craftsmanship, and a dedication to helping golfers perform at their highest level.
