PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida – Panther National, the exclusive modern golf and lifestyle community in Palm Beach Gardens developed by Founder and President, Dominik Senn, has officially broken ground on its Clubhouse.
Scheduled for completion in Fall 2026, the facility will offer Michelin-inspired dining, a Fashion and Golf Shop featuring a Swiss watch boutique, expansive locker rooms, a fitness center, event lawn, and courtyard with fire pits.
The focal point of this expansive 58,000 square-foot structure is “The Rock,” a striking tower with a sophisticated wine bar and the “Crystal Room” a private dining space, which features an exquisite display of crystals sourced from the Swiss Alps as a tribute to Senn’s heritage.

STRANG, along with Peacock + Lewis, and Designers Unlimited, collaborated on the interior design, blending luxury with a contemporary yet cozy ambiance that enhances the clubhouse’s refined character.
“This Clubhouse will be the vibrant heart of both our club and community – a place where sophisticated ambiance, world-class cuisine, and a range of luxurious amenities converge to create an unforgettable experience,” says Senn. “We are thrilled for our members to gather, dine, and connect in this extraordinary space, meticulously crafted by an exceptional team of designers and architects.”
Held on Nov. 15, the groundbreaking ceremony featured a shovel and hard hat moment with Dominik and Dorte Senn, Frank Weed, Justin Thomas, Max Strang, Bob Martin from Decorators Unlimited, and a representative from Peacock & Lewis, followed by a lesson on golf tips and tricks with several of Panther National’s Ambassadors including Thomas, Xander Schauffele, Cameron Young, and Nick Dunlap.
Members also enjoyed a one-year anniversary and groundbreaking tournament. The event was attended by members, homeowners, the ONE Sotheby’s International Realty sales team, the Panther National executive team, and Palm Beach Gardens City Officials and Council Members.
“Breaking ground on the Panther National Clubhouse marks a significant milestone in our vision to create an unparalleled living experience unlike anything else in South Florida,” says Frank Weed, CEO of Panther National. “We are pleased to have celebrated this occasion with our Palm Beach Gardens community leaders, Panther National Ambassadors, owners and club members, as we marked the beginning of our clubhouse.”
The initial Signature Homes will be delivered in the first quarter of 2025 and development of the Racquet Center will commence in the second quarter of 2025, and will open in the first quarter of 2026. Panther National Lifestyle Club and Wellness Center will start construction in late 2026, which will feature pools, spa, gym, cabanas, and dining and bar areas, creating a holistic wellness experience.
