LPGA, Hero Digital debut new mobile app with enhanced features for fans

Updated app offers new tools for on-site and remote users

DAYTONA BEACH, Florida and CHICAGO – The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) and Hero Digital, an award-winning customer experience transformation company, announced the launch of its revamped mobile app. 

This update follows the 2024 redesign of LPGA.com, also developed with Hero Digital, and reaffirms the LPGA’s commitment to providing a world-class digital experience for fans worldwide while increasing and enhancing exposure opportunities for athletes. 

“We are thrilled to introduce the enhanced LPGA mobile app with the support of Hero Digital,” said Matt Chmura, Chief Communications, Marketing and Brand Officer at the LPGA. “Delivering seamless technology for fans while better showcasing our players is a key part of the LPGA growth strategy.”

For the first time, the LPGA app will allow fans to create an account, enabling quick access to scores and statistics from their favorite players. Users can also set push notifications and enjoy an attendee dashboard equipped with interactive course maps for each event.

Key New Features:

  • Push Notifications: Stay updated with real-time alerts on scores, news and updates.
  • Personalized Accounts: Save and easily access your favorite players’ stats and scores.
  • Attendee Dashboard: Interactive course maps and event details for an enhanced in-person experience.

Enhanced Fan Experience:

  • Improved Navigation: Quick access to live scoring, news and key information.
  • Advanced Statistics: Explore career and season data with new filtering tools.
  • Redesigned Video Experience: Watch tournament highlights and exclusive player content.

The updated app, available on both Apple and Google Play stores, is designed to connect fans with the excitement of the LPGA Tour like never before.
