Both sites will provide challenging tracks to follow in the footsteps of Copper Rock Golf Course, which previously hosted the tournament in 2024 and 2025.
“We are excited to play on two great courses and are looking forward to the events,” said Audra Burks, President of the Legends of the LPGA.
Columbus, Ind., is no stranger to hosting professional golf tournaments, as the city hosted the Epson Tour, the Official Qualifying Tour of the LPGA, for the Otter Creek Championship at Otter Creek Golf Course in 2024 and 2025. However, the championship will be the first major tournament hosted at Harrison Lake Country Club since a redesign in 2022 by Tim Liddy.
“We are thrilled to host the LPGA Legends on the re-imagined Harrison Lake,” said Austin Wright, Director of Golf at Harrison Lake Country Club. “We have hosted the Epson Tour the past two seasons at Otter Creek, and now to bring in the generation that inspired the current Epson Tour players is thrilling for a city the size of Columbus, Indiana. After our redesign, the course is ready to host the best players in the world. Even at 6500 yards, it’s very challenging, and we are excited to see how the Legends fare.”
In 2027, the Tour will head to Pennsylvania for The Links at Gettysburg to showcase the LPGA Legends and show that their prowess on the professional golf circuit is still as strong as ever. Beautiful rolling hills, lakes, and creeks spread throughout the course at The Links at Gettysburg will add to the players’ challenge, along with red rock cliffs setting the stage for a dramatic finish that fans will not want to miss.
“We are thrilled to welcome the Legends of the LPGA to The Links at Gettysburg,” said Jordan Chronister, Managing Partner. “Our family has a long history of supporting women’s professional golf, having proudly hosted eight national events, including six on the Ladies Futures Golf Tour. With that experience, we are no stranger to the caliber, tradition, and prestige of women’s professional golf, and we couldn’t be more excited to showcase that tradition and continue that legacy here in Gettysburg.”
The news was announced on-site at The Links at Gettysburg this morning, followed by a clinic with LPGA Legend Danielle Ammaccapane.
