The creator event at Grass Clippings Rolling Hills will be broadcast live on Golf Channel and will feature Good Good players alongside country music stars

DALLAS – Good Good Golf, the leading brand at the intersection of media, community, and premium products, has announced their annual Desert Open tournament, to kick oI 2026 on Feb. 4 at Grass Clippings Rolling Hills in Tempe, AZ.

Featuring the Good Good Golf team, the creator-led event will feature country music stars Dustin Lynch, Jordan Davis, Kane Brown, Lukas Nelson, Maddox Batson, Mitchell Tenpenny, and Tucker Westmore taking part in a seven team, three-person scramble.

The day before the WM Phoenix Open, the Desert Open continues to grow in popularity and will be broadcast live on Golf Channel at 7 p.m. ET.

This year’s Open will serve as part of Good Good Golf’s new ongoing, connected series, The Good Good Tour – which will see the creator roster stay the same, with new and exciting guests across each event. The creators will generate points, which will lead to a crowned Good Good Tour champion at the end of the season.

Each team at this year’s Desert Open will have two Good Good players, paired with a star.

The teams are as follows:

• Garrett Clark, Marissa Wenzler, Maddox Batson

• Brad Dalke, Hadley Walts, Kane Brown

• Alexis Miestowski, Malosi Togisala, Jordan Davis

• Mason Green, Tom “Bubbie” Broders, Lukas Nelson

• Sean Walsh, Steve Castaneda, Tucker Wetmore

• Matt ScharI, Yoonhee Kim, Dustin Lynch

• John McCarthy, Ashton DiBlasi, Mitchell Tenpenny

Home of Grass League, Arizona’s hottest par 3 course will additionally feature food trucks, drinks, and merchandise available exclusively onsite. Tickets can be purchased here; doors open at 3 PM, with the first tee oI at 5 PM.

“The Desert Open was one of our first live events, and remains one of our and our fans’ favorites,” said Matt Kendrick, CEO and Founder of Good Good Golf. “This year, we’ll see some of the best talent in country music face oI against our guys, and we couldn’t be more excited that the action will be live on Golf Channel.”

The Desert Open is the first of many activations fans can expect from Good Good Golf in 2026, following a banner year which saw the company explode in growth, visibility, and new activation development, including the upcoming PGA Tour’s Good Good Championship, as well as the reintroduction of the beloved “Big Break” series, which will debut in August in collaboration with the Golf Channel.
