Allows clubs to run operations through AI assistants

Authorised users can, for example, ask an assistant to “Create a booking for this customer tomorrow at 10:00”, “Cancel this player’s bookings”, “Add this member to the competition”, “Update this customer’s details”, “Show me this month’s occupancy and revenue report” or “Generate an invoice for this booking”, among many other requests.
The AI assistant can then interact directly with Golfmanager to carry out the requested action, always within the permissions and capabilities assigned to that user in the platform.
The integration introduces a new way of working with Golfmanager, allowing day-to-day tasks to be initiated and completed through an AI assistant in a simpler, faster, and more natural way.
This has been made possible by Golfmanager’s proprietary technology architecture. The MCP integration has been built natively into the platform’s core, meaning AI does not sit as an external layer on top of the software. Instead, it is integrated directly with Golfmanager’s architecture, allowing assistants to understand the platform’s capabilities, interact with them, and carry out the actions requested by each user.
The integration also adapts to each club’s individual configuration and operating environment, without relying on third-party intermediaries. This means the integration does not provide any additional access to information or functionality. If a user is not authorised to view certain data or carry out a specific action in Golfmanager, they will not be able to do so through an AI assistant either.
Every action carried out through an AI assistant is also logged and attributed to the user who initiated it, ensuring full traceability across the system.
This approach forms part of Golfmanager’s continued commitment to cybersecurity. The company is one of the few golf club management software providers worldwide to hold the internationally recognized ISO 27001 certification.
To establish a connection, users can generate their own credentials directly from their Golfmanager profile and create separate credentials for each AI assistant. These can be revoked individually without affecting any of the club’s other connections or integrations.
