Popular indoor golf league returns with flexible scheduling, team scramble format, and competitive prizes

ATLANTA — Golf VX, the fastest-growing indoor golf simulator brand in the United States, today announced the launch of its Winter League, beginning Jan. 11 at select Golf VX locations nationwide. 

Designed to keep golfers competing year-round, the league combines a social, team-based scramble format with flexible evening tee times and inclusive handicapping for players of all skill levels.

The January League will be hosted at multiple Golf VX indoor simulator venues, including Arlington Heights, Illinois (Chicago market); North Dartmouth, Massachusetts (Boston market); and Duluth, Georgia (Atlanta market), with additional independent facilities offering league play on the T2 Simulator throughout the winter season.

Built around weekly matches and community-driven competition, the Winter League will run for 8 weeks, concluding with playoffs and championship round. Teams will compete in a scramble format that emphasizes strategy, camaraderie and accessibility, making it ideal for both experienced golfers and newcomers alike.

  • Format: Scramble
  • Teams: 3–6 players per team
  • Schedule: Weekly evening matches, Monday–Thursday
    • Flexible tee times available (5:00 PM and 7:00 PM slots local time)
  • Season Length: 8, plus playoffs or championship round
  • Handicapping: Team handicaps applied to ensure fair competition
  • Prizes: Awards for top-finishing teams at each location

The league will be played on Golf VX’s state-of-the-art T2 simulator technology, offering immersive gameplay, precision ball tracking and access to a rotating lineup of world-class virtual courses. Climate-controlled indoor play allows participants to enjoy competitive golf regardless of winter weather conditions.
