SAN DIEGO, California and ISTANBUL Turkey — Future Champions Golf, one of the world’s leading junior golf organizations, is proud to announce a new international partnership with the Turkish Junior Golf Tour, bringing an official FCG Callaway World Championship Qualifier to Turkey for the first time.
The partnership marks another significant milestone in FCG’s continued global expansion and provides young golfers throughout Turkey and the surrounding Balkan region with a direct pathway to compete at one of the world’s premier junior golf championships.
The Turkish Junior Golf Tour, founded by Orcun Kocaman, has quickly established itself as a rising force in junior golf development. Kocaman is an R&A Level 2 Certified Referee, Junior Golf Team Captain at Kemer Golf Club, and is committed to creating meaningful competitive opportunities for junior golfers throughout the region.
TJGT’s inaugural event in Istanbul attracted 79 junior golfers across multiple age divisions and successfully qualified six players to compete in the prestigious Amundi Evian Kids Cup, demonstrating both the quality of the competition and the growing interest in junior golf within Turkey.
Under the new partnership, TJGT will become the Official FCG Callaway World Championship Qualifier for Turkey, beginning with an Under-12 qualifying division while laying the foundation for future expansion into additional age categories.
The partnership is expected to reach well beyond Turkey’s borders. Positioned at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, Turkey offers an outstanding opportunity to welcome players from neighboring Balkan countries, many of which currently have limited access to international junior championship pathways.

The inaugural Turkish qualifier will be added to the official qualification schedule for the 2027 FCG Callaway World Championship, where champions will earn exemptions into one of the world’s largest and most prestigious junior golf events, annually welcoming hundreds of players representing more than 40 countries.
