THOMASVILLE, Georgia – Flyway Hats is proud to unveil their 2023 golf collection featuring iconic straw gamblers/fedoras, classic Ivy League caps and contemporary safari styles at the PGA Show Jan. 25-27 in Orlando in Booth 5991.

Flyway Hats is a division of Bayly Hats, which has been manufacturing custom headwear solutions for clients since 1865.  Flyway Hats’ headquarters, production and warehouse are based in Thomasville, GA.

“Based on our work with the U.S. Military, staffing/uniforms brands and athletic clients around the world, we know the importance of headwear as fashion and function,” says John Wagner CEO of Flyway Headwear.

“Our U.S.A manufacturing facility allows us to customize and maximize our customers brand power with short lead times and personal service.  Maximizing return on merchandise spend for our clients is where we excel compared to commodity items like ball caps.

“After years partnering with iconic brands such as Anheuser Busch, Disney, and Ralph Lauren we understand the value added of unique logo applications, branding and world class execution,” Wagner added.

“We saw a trend towards wide brim sun protection that provides style, comfort and function,” said Wagner.  “Many of our retailers told us that they were receiving requests for an alternate to the baseball cap. Customers are looking for more sun protection as they spend extended periods of time outdoors”.

You will notice the headwear styles feature several points-of-difference vs. other brands: elastic terrycloth sweatband – sunblock on straw – neck flaps – performance fabrics.
