Father’s Day is just around the corner and the time is now to consider gifts for the golf-playing dad in your life.

Here are a few ideas, courtesy of Southbound 4:

TRUE linkswear Tour Collection
Now that peak golf season is here, TRUE has launched its exciting new “Tour Collection” featuring the highly anticipated LUX Tour and OG Tour golf shoes, the premium LUX Tour Polo Tour Logo Edition and midweight Quarter Zip Tour Logo Edition, and (last but not least) the breathable LUX Tech Tour 5-Panel Hat. Simply put, the Moore brothers are providing golfers with an intriguing mix of high-performance, stylish options for the golf season.

The LUX Tour shoe is TRUE’s take on the modern performance golf shoe designed to the rigorous standards of its PGA TOUR staff, including co-founder Ryan Moore, Joel Dahmen and Chris Kirk. And building on the legacy of the LUX Pro, it boasts subtle-yet-significant improvements to style, quality, fit and function, according to TRUE’s designers. www.truelinkswear.com

OnCore Golf Balls
OnCore is a direct-to-consumer golf ball brand based in Buffalo, N.Y. that’s made a name for itself via its unique perimeter-weighted construction that leads to longer, straighter shots. Just ask Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, an investor and brand ambassador, Korn Ferry Tour player and ambassador Erik Compton, or Charles Schwab – yes, the Charles Schwab (also a major investor in the company). For Father’s Day, OnCore is offering three different dad-loving logo balls, as well as a buy two dozen, get a dozen free special on any of its five balls: VERO X1, VERO X2, ELIXR, ELIXR 2022 and AVANT 55.

There’s plenty of other father-friendly gear available, including t-shirts, hats, tees and gloves. To really give dad the gift that keeps on giving, sign him up for Club OnCore, which for an annual fee includes free shipping, discounts on every purchase and exclusive deals on partner brands and more. www.oncoregolf.com

RADMOR Golf’s Spring Line

RADMOR Golf’s spring and summer golf apparel line is available in men’s and women’s collections featuring its environmentally friendly polos, shorts and layering. The Seattle-based brand leans hard into the new golf season with vibrant color pops of True Blue, Wisteria, Glacier and Cloudy Blue.

The men’s line is highlighted by a host of new polos, including the Taylor Recycled Floral Drip and Crosby Reverb Ultralight, Vincent and Five-O Knit Performance Shorts (hey, it’s spring, after all). Colton ¼ Zips, Higgins Hoodies and Perkins Crew Sweatshirts in an array of new colors and patterns are standing by for those areas that still have crisp mornings and late afternoons. For toasty hot regions, shirts like the aforementioned Crosby Reverb Ultralight keep golfers nice and cool from dusk till dawn. www.radmorgolf.com

Pinehurst Resort Dream Trip

Nine 18-hole courses, including famed No. 2, host of the 2024 U.S. Open, make Pinehurst Resort the largest golf resort in the U.S. So, dad will appreciate the sheer magnitude of this epic golf trip. Golfers also flock to The Cradle, a nine-hole short course designed by Gil Hanse, and Thistle Dhu, a 75,000-square-foot putting course that pairs perfectly with a cold Pinehurst Brewing Co. beer. Four hotels, including the recently renovated Manor Inn and Carolina Hotel, are just a short walk to the “PBC,” which opened in 2018 in the Village’s old steam plant.

The popular Donald Ross Golf Package includes two nights and three rounds and is optimal if you and Dad want to experience the Cradle of American Golf. Warm up with a round on No. 1, 3 or 5, then take on famed No. 2, the Hanse redesigned No. 4 or the recently revamped No. 8. www.pinehurst.com

Rumbling Bald Golf Packages
Rumbling Bald – the 36-hole golf sanctuary on Lake Lure an hour east of Asheville in the Blue Ridge Mountains – offers Spring/Fall Packages on weekends and Weekday Packages for groups of all sizes throughout the year. Spring/Fall Packages (Thursday – Sunday) start at $363 per golfer for two nights lodging in a vacation rental and two rounds on Apple Valley and Bald Mountain golf courses.

Three-night, three-round and four-night, four-round options are also available for $501 and $640 per golfer. Rumbling Bald’s popular Weekday Packages (Sunday – Wednesday) began April 1, with rates starting at $330 per person for two nights and two rounds, $452 for three nights and three rounds, and $574 for four nights and four rounds. www.rumblingbald.com

Olde Cypress/Champion Hills
A golf gift idea for the dad who has everything … almost everything … The Club at Olde Cypress in Naples, Fla. recently sold out its full golf membership category. However, the club still offers an “Associate Golf Membership” that affords the same full privileges during the off-season from May through October as well as a set number of golf rounds during the peak season. The AGM grants unlimited use of the golf course for those six months for cart fee only and unrestricted use of the practice facilities year-round. Tee times are available two days in advance – more than ample given the limited number of members utilizing the club during that span.

During the peak season (November through April), AGMs are allotted 12 tee times for a reduced green and cart fee. Champion Hills in Hendersonville, N.C. has a limited number of full golf memberships available. Tom Fazio’s original Tar Heel State home course is going strong with beautiful bentgrass greens and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Golf is played year-round at Champion Hills, unlike so many other Western N.C. private clubs that close for the winter. www.oldecypress.com, www.championhills.com
