Fairway Rewards Launches QR-Based Loyalty Platform Built for Public and Municipal Golf Courses

Software-only program lets courses reward rounds and on-site spending without an app, hardware, or per-golfer fees

TAMPA, Florida — Fairway Rewards has announced the general availability of its loyalty platform for public and private golf courses, giving operators a branded rewards program that golfers join by scanning a single QR code.

The platform awards points for rounds played and for dollars spent in the grill, at the bar, and in the golf shop. Operators set their own thresholds and choose their own rewards — a free bucket of range balls, a free beer, nine holes on the house — through a browser-based dashboard. No per-golfer fee.

Fairway Rewards is priced at $89 per month per facility with a seven-day free trial, and is designed to be configured in about ten minutes. It requires no hardware installation and runs in any browser, and it operates independently of a course’s tee sheet or point-of-sale system — meaning a facility’s loyalty data is not tied to the platform it books tee times on.

“A rewards app immediately boosts a course’s F&B sales and golfer return rates. This is a proven concept from the restaurant industry offering points for customers spending money,” said Jordan Baker, founder of Fairway Rewards. “Public and private operators feel that more than anyone, and most of the tools built to fix it assume you have a marketing department and a five-figure budget.

“We built something a two-person pro shop staff can turn on before their first tee time.”

The company is initially focused on public and privately owned courses in Florida.

A 25-second demonstration and full product details are available at https://use-fairway.com.

About Fairway Rewards Fairway Rewards is a Tampa, Florida-based software company building loyalty and golfer-engagement tools for public, municipal, and daily-fee golf courses.

The platform is software-only, requires no hardware, and works alongside any tee sheet or point-of-sale system. Learn more at https://use-fairway.com.
