With 59club USA’s second annual Service Excellence Awards Ceremony due to take place in Orlando, Florida, later this month, the global leader in Customer Service Excellence has named the leading Clubs and Resorts across the United States who have made it into their annual nominations list.
Success in these prestigious industry accolades signifies the ultimate benchmark of excellence, realized by a property for their outstanding performance during a series of impartial mystery shopper audits delivered by 59club throughout the year that measure the customer service experience and sales protocol afforded to members, visitors and prospective members.
The awards, sponsored by Turtleson, are universally recognized, independent and unbiased. 59club has been serving the global golf industry for over 15 years, as they continue to pioneer specialized analytical tools to advance the customer experience and profitability of the entire club operation and hospitality business – including management, sales, service, operations, retail, spa, golf course, plus hotel and food & beverage.
Leading the independently managed properties and boasting an impressive 9 nominee places is Reynolds Lake Oconee. Reynolds is closely followed by Westhaven Golf Club who find themselves running for 8 Service Excellence Awards.
Meanwhile, Mid Ocean Club and We-Ko-Pa Golf Club celebrate a double dose of nominations, with St. Ives Country Club, Sugar Creek Country Club and Vanderbilt Country Club all nominated.
Success amongst the USA’s leading management companies sees TPC in contention for 15 award titles across 9 of their affiliate properties, which include TPC Boston (2), TPC Las Vegas (1), TPC Potomac (1), TPC River Highlands (2), TPC Sawgrass (2), TPC Scottsdale (2), TPC Sugarloaf (1), TPC Summerlin (2) and TPC Twin Cities (2).
Kemper Sports follows with an impressive 12 nominations across 9 properties, with Champion’s Pointe (1), Corte Bella (1), Desert Willow (2), The Governors Club (2), Tidewater (1), Lake of Isles (1), Royal Melbourne (2), Waverly Woods (1) and Whiskey Creek (1), all shortlisted.
Huge celebrations are unfolding for Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, after they secure 10 nominations across 5 properties in Cambrian Ridge (1), Highland Oaks (1), Ross Bridge (2), The Shoals (2) and Silver Lakes (4)
Excitement will be growing across Troon, as they claim 10 of the nomination places which are shared between 6 of their associate properties including Antelope Hills (1), Eagle Mountain (2), Indian Wells (1), Kaanapali (1), Mill Creek (3) and Tustin Ranch (2).
Both CDN Golf and Landscapes Golf Management receive 5 nominations across 4 of their respective properties in Cascata (2), Chariot Run (1), Grand Bear (1) and Rio Secco (1) for CDN; and Bull Valley (1), Jackrabbit Run (1), Manhattan (1) and Prairie Green (2) for Landscapes.
JDM Golf and Kohler are sharing the limelight as they each enjoy 4 nominations across 2 of their affiliate properties with Arizona Biltmore (2) and The Wigwam (2) shortlisted for JDM, and Blackwolf Run (1) and Whistling Straits (3) flying the flag for Kohler.
Rounding off the list, Founders Group International is in contention for 5 awards across 4 of their properties namely in Grande Dunes (1), Long Bay (1), TPC Myrtle Beach (2) and Wild Wing Plantation (1).
In addition to the prementioned titles, during the awards ceremony itself 59club’s renowned industry benchmark – the 59club Bronze, Silver, and Gold Flag Designations – will also be presented to the USA Properties that not only achieved the required standard of service as part of 59club’s mystery shopping program throughout 2024, but also provided excellent facilities for customers to enjoy.
