GLENDALE, Arizona (May 5, 2021) – The Golf Tournament Association of America announces that Charity Golf Tournaments are coming back with a vengeance.

2020 was a disastrous year for all events including Charity Golf Tournaments. Our industry went from 500,000 events to below 50,000. In 2019 Charity Golf Events raised $2.5 Billion for their causes. In 2020 it dipped below $100 Million.

Charities need that money to keep their organizations going. They are coming back in a big way. The season has started and we have seen an increase over the past 2 months of over 1000%. Charities need to double their revenue this year to make up the loss from last year. Sponsors are ready to start giving back to the community this year also.

The GTAA provides all of the planning tools for FREE that charities need to produce and host the best event possible. Planning Guides, How to manuals and videos on every aspect of their event.

“Hi Phil, Your eBook and Videos are fantastic and laid terrific ground work for my children’s school’s first ever golf tournament. The Tournament is two weeks away, we have secured 86 of 100 golfers, and are around 80%-plus of our cash goal. Thank you for your words of advice and encouragement and looking forward to a great event – thanks in large part to you and your work,” said Robert Johnson.

The GTAA has been serving Golf Tournament Planners for over 30 years helping over 200,000 events.
