APP GAMIFIES ON-COURSE PLAY AND DRIVE LOYALTY THROUGH DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT

NEW YORK, NY — Callaway Golf, one of the industry’s leaders in equipment design, performance, and innovation has teamed up with Leaderboard, the fastest-growing mobile app for on-course golf games and score tracking, to launch the Callaway Leaderboard Challenge—a first-of-its-kind loyalty experience that gives golfers the chance to win prizes by playing, posting, and engaging through the Leaderboard platform.

Running through Sept. 14, the Callaway Leaderboard Challenge turns golf rounds into rewards through a season-long series of weekly, major championship-themed, and season-end challenges.

Golfers earn points for core app behaviors like posting rounds, inviting friends, and hosting multiplayer games, with Callaway gear and exclusive prizes up for grabs each week.

Each week, Leaderboard will feature a brand-integrated stats challenge—like fairways hit or birdie percentage—bringing Callaway’s product story into context in a native, gamified format. Golfers who top the challenge leaderboard or complete streaks of play will be eligible for:

● Weekly prizes like Chrome Tour golf balls

● Monthly major-themed drops, including limited edition bags

● A season-long grand prize of a full, 14-club Callaway bag fitting

The Future of Golf Loyalty

Leaderboard has quickly become one of the go-to apps for golf groups to track live scoring, side games, and stats. This partnership signals a broader shift in how golf brands can activate digitally—not just through content, but through ongoing green-grass participation.

“This is more than a giveaway—it’s a new kind of loyalty loop that starts with your Saturday tee time,” said Riley Pratt, CEO of Leaderboard. “Callaway sees the same thing we do: that the future of golf marketing is native, interactive, and reward-driven.” To join the Callaway Leaderboard Challenge, download the Leaderboard app and start playing.
