SAN DIEGO, California  – AquaFuse by CMF Global, Inc., a prominent provider of HDPE irrigation solutions for commercial landscapes and golf courses, has been selected to provide its innovative HDPE irrigation products for the Valle de los Encinos Golf Course, located in a luxury, wine-producing mountain community in Chihuahua, north-central Mexico.

“We are pleased that AquaFuse and our proven, high-performance HDPE irrigation solutions were selected for this new golf course and development, which is on track to achieve tournament caliber standards,” said Joseph Fernandez, President of CMF Global, Inc. “Furthermore, we worked closely with Prinsco, and other CMF partners, to deliver a comprehensive range of quality, dependable irrigation, drainage and lake liner products.”

AquaFuse’s advanced HDPE irrigation components, all protected by a 25-year warranty, were specifically chosen to meet the rigorous standards expected of a championship venue.

Furthermore, Fernandez highlighted the strategic partnership with Prinsco, which enables the project to benefit from a comprehensive suite of quality and reliable drainage products.

This collaboration ensures that the entire irrigation and drainage infrastructure for the course will be robust, efficient, and tailored to the requirements of a world-class golf facility.

AquaFuse will supply the complete package of its high-performance, high-density polyethylene HDPE irrigation products for the Valle de los Encinos Golf Course. The project will include more than 140,000 feet of AquaFuse pipe, 1,400 AquaFuse swing joints and AquaSaddle patented swing joint fused connections, over one hundred ControlFlo 360 lateral isolation valves, along with 50 ControlFlo resilient wedge mainline valves.

The CMF supplied Prinsco drainage solution includes over 57,000 feet of Prinsco Gold Flo® Dual Wall drainage pipe, as well as more than 2,300 Prinsco Gold Flo® fittings to ensure a complete and reliable solution.

Additionally, the course will benefit from over 440,000 square feet of AquaFuse Liner® RPE30 lake lining materials will be used to provide a watertight seal for the irrigation lakes.

The 18-hole layout was co-designed by Agustin Pizà and Chad Goetz of Nicklaus Design. Together they blend classic strategic principles with a modern design approach. In addition to leading the architectural vision, Pizá Golf is providing comprehensive project management services for Valle de los Encinos, headed up by Damien Pizá.

This integrated role ensures continuity between design intent and execution, with oversight spanning construction coordination, quality control, consultant alignment, and on-site decision-making.

Construction of the course is already underway, with major infrastructure and course shaping in progress. Anticipated opening is 2027, with all AquaFuse products currently arriving on site.
