CHARLESTON, S.C. — All leadership and staff from golf courses and resorts, as well as professionals from golf management companies, are invited to register for the National Golf Course Owners Association’s (NGCOA) Golf Business Conference 2026.

This event is the largest annual gathering of golf course owners and operators and will take place at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Fla., from Jan. 19-21. It is officially co-located with the 2026 PGA Show, which will run from Jan. 21-23. For more details and to register, please visit GolfBusinessConference.com.

A GBC26 full conference pass includes essential activities for golf businesses, such as timely and relevant education sessions, NGCOA’s annual member meeting and recognition of the association’s annual award winners. Full conference pass attendees can also enjoy various networking receptions, including the popular “New NGCOA Member & GBC First-Time Attendee Reception,” as well as networking breaks and meals, a large sponsor fair and happy hour, and much more.

Optional additions include a pre-conference session, the annual Yamaha Golf Outing, an exclusive “Owners Dinner,” a “Next-Gen Meet-Up” for young course successors and guest passes for various activities.

The comprehensive GBC26 education program will feature sessions and panels covering a range of topics including marketing automation, key customer metrics, pricing and revenue management, artificial intelligence in back office operations, a 2026 state of the industry overview, risk management, content and influencer strategies, and more.

There will also be a dedicated education track specifically curated for municipal golf course operators. Participants in GBC26 education sessions will be eligible for continuing education credits from the PGA of America, LPGA, CMAA and GCSAA.

Additionally, a GBC26 conference pass includes access to the 2026 PGA Show. This credential grants GBC26 attendees entry to “NGCOA+PGA” joint education sessions and the expansive exhibition hall at the 2026 PGA Show, which takes place at the adjacent Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).

Attendees of GBC26 are encouraged to visit NGCOA at Booth 2979 from Jan. 21–23 to network with NGCOA staff and members, participate in sponsored happy hours, attend presentations hosted by NGCOA on the PGA’s “Clubhouse” stage and explore exhibits in the nearby “NGCOA Vendor Village.”

The best pricing for registration and accommodations is currently available. To find the developing agenda, registration details and hotel options, visit GolfBusinessConference.com. Non-member golf courses that join NGCOA before the end of 2025 will receive one complimentary registration for GBC26.

Additionally, golf courses that register four or more staff members will receive a $100 discount on each registration. Sponsorship opportunities are also available; industry suppliers interested in sponsoring may contact partnerships@ngcoa.org with any inquiries.
