Will now have an exclusive position with PGA Golf Retirement Plus

HUNTINGTON BEACH, California – West Coast Trends Inc. designers and manufacturers of Scheyden Precision Eyewear announced that they have been added to the list of highly respected suppliers for the PGA of America’s Golf Retirement Plus Program.

Scheyden Precision Eyewear has now become the number one sunglass company used in competition on the PGA Tour Champions in less than two years. They are now looking forward to supplying the finest Pro Shops and PGA staffed golf retailers with this high quality eyewear line.

Many know West Coast Trends, Inc. for having a reputation of over 30 years of servicing the golf industry with their marquee brand Club Glove, which was recently acquired by the team over at the renowned Acushnet Golf Holding Corp.

Scheyden Precision eyewear will now have an exclusive position with PGA Golf Retirement Plus. The brand is offering a generous sponsorship percentage to all of those actively involved in the program.

Owner and CEO Jeff Herold shares, “We have had a tremendous relationship with so many wonderful people in this industry and we feel very fortunate to continue to be a part of it with the Scheyden Eyewear line. Just as we have done for years with the Club Glove brand, we intend on providing a level of quality and service that is unmatched by our competitors”.

The Scheyden Precision Eyewear line has its roots in general aviation (including the United States Air Force) along with fishing and only recently expanded into the golf industry. Over 30 players such as John Daly, Stephen Ames, Scott McCarron, Padraig Harrington, Chris DiMarco, Ryan Brehm, and former world number one David Duval (who arguably brought sunglasses into competitive golf at the highest level) are now putting them into play. The number one reason? Quality frames and lenses.

Scheyden Precision eyewear is manufactured in Japan, a country recognized as a leader in the optical industry due to their lens technology and precision manufacturing.

The entire line can be viewed at www.scheyden.com.
