Draped over windswept dunes and sandy ridges, the course offers sweeping views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Els embraced minimalist shaping techniques at Oleada Golf Links, leveraging the site’s natural contours, rolling dunes and dramatic elevation changes to create holes that flow effortlessly with the surrounding terrain.
Preview play for Oleada Golf Links, including an all-inclusive food and beverage experience, is slated for July 2026, ahead of a grand opening in November 2026. The course will feature elevated comfort stations, an expansive practice facility, one of the largest golf clubhouses in Los Cabos, a fine dining restaurant, a pro shop and dedicated golf concierge services.
Anchored by the golf experience, Oleada Los Cabos pairs striking luxury residences by AD100 Mexican architect Victor Legorreta with a wellness-forward amenity collection designed around outdoor living and connection to the land, including nature trails; private beach access; an outdoor fitness area with yoga pavilion; ocean-view meditation spaces; a wellness center; orchard and garden offering seasonal produce; general store and coffee house; dog park; retail offerings; and two five-star resorts: Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, expected to open in late 2026 and Conrad Los Cabos.
