SCOTTSDALE, Arizona– Troon, the leader in providing golf and club-related leisure and hospitality services, has been selected by Three Bridges Club, LLC to provide development services at Three Bridges, a new luxury residential-resort community in Salem, Utah about 15 miles south of Provo.

In addition, when community amenities begin to open in 2026, Troon Privé, the private club operating division of Troon, will manage club operations, agronomy, food & beverage, and membership sales and marketing.

During the current development phase, Troon will work closely with ownership, architects, contractors, suppliers and equipment companies to bring this project to life. Troon’s management team will also provide pre-opening services on operations, agronomy, food and beverage design and more.

“I am truly looking forward to working with the team of development and operational professionals at Troon. Possessing extensive knowledge and experience in the luxury private club world, I have no doubt that they will masterfully deliver on our vision,” said Ryan Miller, Member – Three Bridges Club, LLC.

Sitting on 532 acres on the western foothills of the Wasatch Mountains, Three Bridges will feature multiple lifestyle amenities including an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones II designed golf course, the Twin Fin Beach Club, a surf lake, a luxury hotel, an all-season pickleball and indoor golf facility, hiking and biking trails, a fitness club and spa, and an event venue.

Upon buildout, the 400-plus home community will also include multiple on course and off course unique food and beverage experiences.

The Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course is currently under construction. The first nine holes and expansive practice facilities are expected to open in the summer of 2026, and the second nine ready to play in the summer of 2027.

The course will start with five golf holes routed through pastureland, while the next 13 holes will meander across a dramatically varying landscape that includes foothills, ravines and forests.

Construction timelines for the Beach Club and Surf Club also call for those amenities to open in 2026, while the branded hotel will open in 2028.

“Three Bridges is an exciting project to be a part of,” said Ryan Whitney, Vice President of Operations, Troon. “We are honored to be working with ownership, RTJ2 and the various contractors on this beautiful new club and community.”

Limited membership opportunities are currently available at Three Bridges. When Three Bridges opens, members and guests will enjoy over-the-top comfort stations located around the course, a start-of-the-round sports bar with firepits, a full-day café, and a golf academy with professional club fitting with swing and ball flight analysis.
