STAMFORD, Connecticut (March 23, 2021) – The Caddie Network announced today the launch of CLUB TCN in conjunction with performance apparel partner Zenkai Sports, with portions of sales going to support youth golf through Youth on Course.

Club TCN will allow consumers the opportunity to receive year-long discount offers on Zenkai’s Revolutionary Performance Apparel with 10% of all purchases going to Youth on Course. This monetary support is aimed at helping transform the lives of young people through opportunities on and off the golf course with affordable access to golf, mentorship, scholarships and workplace programs.

“From its inception, one of our critical goals at TCN was to promote the values and important role that caddying can play in a young person’s life,” says John von Stade, co-founder of The Caddie Network.

“While our 150-plus members of the APTC caddie for a living, the business and sport of golf will continue to grow thanks to the efforts of organizations like Youth on Course who acknowledge the importance of getting young people involved from an early age.”

“As a new business, Zenkai Sports takes great pride in being able to help organizations find ways to increase fundraising and participation opportunities,” says Doug Lynch, CEO of Zenkai Sport. “Club TCN covers all those critical areas and we are very excited to see this partnership flourish.”

Committed to making the game more appealing, inclusive and accessible to nurture the next generation of lifelong players and lovers of the game, juniors nationwide ages 6-18 may sign up for a Youth on Course membership at www.youthoncourse.org/join to gain access to affordable rounds of golf for $5 or less at more than 1,400 golf courses.

Fueling the golf industry, Youth on Course subsidizes rounds for its members and puts money back into allied golf associations and individual courses. The organization’s structure helps golf courses fill typically unused tee times and garner additional revenue with more than 40% of members playing with paying adults. The amount reimbursed back to participating courses has almost doubled in the past year, reaching close to $2.8 million last year alone and totaling nearly $8 million dating back to 2005.

“The Caddie Network has been a great supporter of Youth on Course and this offering further shows their commitment to helping grow the game at the junior level,” says Michael Lowe, vice president of programs for Youth on Course. “Any financial support goes directly to our core mission of opening doors, supporting dreams and transforming the lives of young people through the game of golf.”

The Caddie Network (TCN) was launched in June 2018, to provide golf and sports fans the authentic and unique perspective of professional tour caddies on a global basis.

As part of that initiative, TCN and its leadership role with professional caddies has set out to further communicate and promote the values, job opportunities and personal development through caddying in an individual’s early years.
