Five-star brands increase appeal of Quivira’s residential properties
LOS CABOS, Mexico – Rosewood and St. Regis, a pair of hospitality kingpins, has each planted a flag within Quivira Los Cabos, an 1,850-acre master-planned resort and residential community fronting the Pacific at the tip of the Baja peninsula.
One of Mexico’s leading hotel and real estate developments, Quivira has a very successful track record in Los Cabos, Latin America’s leading luxury destination. The Rosewood and St. Regis developments are expected to be the new jewels in the crown as they add prestige and value to the company’s existing and future residential projects.
Quivira’s newest luxury community is Alvar. This exclusive private community consists of seven buildings, each divided with two low-rise towers of one, two, or three levels. Three- and four-bedroom units are offered, plus one or two penthouses per building.

Just down the beach from Rosewood is St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira, which is scheduled to open in February 2025.
