NOTEEFY ‘CONCIERGE’ ELEVATING TEE TIME BOOKING EXPERIENCES ACROSS BOYNE GOLF PORTFOLIO IN NORTHERN MICHIGAN

LOS ANGELES, California – BOYNE Golf has rolled out the Noteefy automated tee time demand system at 11 golf courses across its Northern Michigan resort portfolio to make it easy for golfers to play where and when they want.

Noteefy waitlist software is integrated into the BOYNE Golf website for booking tee times at Bay Harbor Golf Club (three courses), The Highlands (five courses), Boyne Mountain (two courses) and Crooked Tree Golf Club.

Golfers simply input their desired tee times and receive real-time text and e-mail alerts when they open due to cancellations or new releases, subsequently booking tee times per the normal process.  They can select multiple courses within the BOYNE Golf collection to increase their probability of a match by joining the standby list.

Golfers do not pay additional fees for this service.

“BOYNE Golf is in the business of creating fun experiences, and if the booking process is hard, the level of fun is diminished before golfers even arrive on property,” said Josh Richter, Senior Vice President, Golf Operations of Boyne Resorts.

“Like OpenTable and Resy in the restaurant world, Noteefy is the concierge that does the work for golfers instead of forcing them to call the pro shop or refresh their screens for tee time openings.”

“BOYNE Golf consistently provides world-class hospitality,” said Jake Gordon, Founder and CEO of Noteefy. “While Noteefy plays a key role elevating the guest journey, we also generate meaningful revenue for BOYNE Golf by prompting greater demand for re-booking of cancelled tee times that otherwise would’ve gone unfilled.”

BOYNE Golf joins Black Desert Resort, Cabot Citrus Farms, Destination Kohler (Whistling Straits), Sand Valley, Streamsong Resort, The Sea Pines Resort and other famous destinations leveraging Noteefy.

Eight of the top 10 multi-course operators, as well as boutique operators and single-course owners, rely on Noteefy to drive revenue and enhance experiences.

Research shows more than 20% of tee times are cancelled and not re-booked, leading to an average of $50,000 in lost revenue annually.  It is common for Noteefy to directly drive six-figure topline gains to golf courses and resorts.
