First appearance for top electric caddy brand’s waterproof & hybrid models

CARLSBAD, California – Motocaddy, the world’s biggest-selling electric caddy brand, has seen two of its most popular bag models selected for the first time in the influential 2023 Best Golf Bags listing published recently by Golf Digest.

The best-selling Motocaddy Dry-Series cart bag and the versatile HydroFLEX carry bag were chosen in the Cartand Hybrid categories respectively, gaining plaudits after being independently selected by Golf Digest editors from nearly 100 bags that were evaluated extensively. The performance of each of bag was tested in a variety of weather conditions, with every pocket, attachment and feature being checked for functionality and innovation.

Motocaddy was one of five brands to have two bags featured across all categories, with Golf Digest saying: ‘the nylon exterior and heat welded seams (of the Dry-Series) are waterproof and withstand inclement weather without losing shape’, while ‘the versatility (of the HydroFLEX) makes it an excellent choice for all golfers.’

“We’re absolutely thrilled to see the Dry-Series and HydroFLEX chosen among this year’s Best Golf Bags listing, as it reflects all the hard work put in by our design team to ensure that Motocaddy is a golfer’s first choice when they’re walking the course,” said Mark Kuryak, Motocaddy General Manager/President of the Americas. “We’d like to thank Golf Digest for this special acknowledgement following the in-depth tests of all leading bag brands on the market,” he added.

The Motocaddy Dry-Series is the ultimate lightweight (5.30lbs) and 100% waterproof golf bag, constructed with durable TPU coated Nylon fabric, plus thermo sealed and heat-welded seams. It features nine spacious pockets, including dry valuables and an insulated food/beverage option. Easy-access carry handles and an integrated quick-access umbrella sleeve form part of an extensive list of features, including 14 full-length dividers, premium Japanese YKK zips, an anti-twist base, a waterproof rain hood, scorecard holder, plus a towel and accessory hook.

As with each bag and caddy in the Motocaddy product line, the Dry-Series also features the brand’s exclusive EASILOCK® system that locks it onto a Motocaddy caddy securely and removes the need for a lower bag support strap. Two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support align with two removable pins on the base of the bag to ensure golfers can secure their bag more easily and quicker than ever before. The Dry-Series cart bag is available in four eye-catching trim colours (Blue, Red, Lime and Fuchsia).

The waterproof and versatile HydroFLEX. A super lightweight (5.10lbs) carry bag, offering ultimate flexibility with an innovative integrated stand system to fit perfectly onto any Motocaddy trolley. Standout features include a quick release strap and adjustable rear stand lock, full-length dividers and five generous pockets with easy-open Japanese YKK zips for all golfing equipment and valuables. A moulded hip pad provides ultimate comfort when carrying clubs around the course, while other key features include a waterproof rain hood, a towel and accessory hook, an internal umbrella sleeve and an external beverage pouch. Available in Blue, Lime or Red colourways.
