Participating clubs encourage walking golfers to enhance play and support course maintenance during seasonal transitions

LAS VEGAS – MGI Golf, a global leader in technology for the walking golfer and maker of America’s No. 1 electric golf caddy, introduces a Short-Term Electric Caddy Fleet Program to assist golf courses during overseeding and shoulder seasons for a limited time.

Available now through Dec. 15, this initiative is designed to encourage more golfers to walk, providing a solution to the challenges of these critical maintenance periods. The program offers clubs the opportunity to deploy a fleet of MGI’s advanced Zip Navigator AT electric caddies in various quantities, costing just $660 for a minimum order of four units over an 8-week period.

With a rental rate of $15 per round, the caddies provide a cost-effective way to boost revenue at less than $3 per day per unit.

“We’re excited to share this unique opportunity for clubs to offer something special for their members and guests during the overseeding and shoulder seasons. This program gives golf courses a cost-effective and easy-to-implement solution that promotes walking while also providing an attractive return on investment,” said Jennifer Maloy, MGI Fleet Program Manager.

“We’ve seen great success with this program in helping clubs not only protect their course but also offer a unique amenity that promotes health and wellness, setting the facility apart and enhancing the overall member experience.”

MGI Golf’s electric caddy fleets offer a hassle-free solution for clubs and courses during cart-path-only restrictions. These innovative electric caddies not only reduce the inconvenience of having to walk back and forth to a golf cart but also help speed up play, making rounds more efficient and enjoyable for golfers.

By streamlining the on-course experience, electric caddies provide a practical and time-saving alternative, ideal for maintaining pace during shoulder and overseeding seasons.

Fleets ship within five business days, unless a future delivery date is requested. This quick turnaround allows clubs to immediately integrate the caddies into their operations and provide an innovative amenity for members and guests. The 8-week rental period begins the day after the fleet is delivered, giving clubs flexibility and a straightforward, short-term solution.

The benefits extend beyond improving course conditions. By offering electric caddies, clubs can reduce wear and tear on delicate surfaces with caddies that also offer a great alternative to the restrictive cart-path-only rules that can disrupt the enjoyment of the game.

Clubs currently participating in the program include Coatesville Country Club, Lancaster Country Club, Jefferson Country Club, Arizona Country Club, and Broomsedge Golf Club.

For more details or to place an order, clubs can contact MGI Golf’s Fleet Program Manager, Jennifer Maloy directly at jennifer@mgigolf.com.
