MADRID, Spain — Golfmanager, the software designed to digitize golf club operations, has added four new courses to its global community, expanding its reach in Mexico, where it has almost ten courses: Hard Rock Golf Club Riviera Maya, Puerto Aventuras Golf & Racquet Club, Club Campestre Mexicali, and Real del Mar Hotel & Golf Resort have joined.

Golfmanager has been chosen to manage a total of nine golf courses in Mexico. Its portfolio already includes notable courses such as El Cortés Golf Club, Flamingos Golf, Molino Viejo Golf & Country Club, Provincia Golf, and TPC Danzante Bay — Mexico’s only TPC golf course and one of the top courses in Latin America.

In the Mexican Caribbean, Golfmanager’s popularity is on the rise

Hard Rock Golf Club Riviera Maya has distinguished itself as the inaugural golf course within the Hard Rock Hotels division to select Golfmanager for its operational needs, joining esteemed hotel groups such as Melià International, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, and Hyatt International.

Located in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Hard Rock Golf Club Riviera Maya is enveloped by a rich tapestry of exotic wildlife, ancient Mayan ruins, and the region’s unparalleled natural allure. It stands as one of the earliest golf courses conceived by Robert von Hagge in the contemporary era. Several times it has received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

The selection of Golfmanager by Hard Rock was influenced by its robust security measures, certified under the ISO 27001 international cybersecurity standard, alongside its comprehensive local and Spanish support.

Furthermore, in the Quintana Roo region, Puerto Aventuras Golf & Racquet Club has adopted Golfmanager to modernize and streamline its daily operations. Despite having a 9-hole, par-36 course, the club previously managed its operations manually.

In Baja California, Golfmanager is gaining traction

In Baja California, Golfmanager’s influence is expanding, with Club Campestre Mexicali and Real del Mar Hotel & Golf Resort recently joining its global community.

Club Campestre Mexicali, located in the capital of Baja California, is a venerable private club established in 1947, boasting an 18-hole course designed by the acclaimed Larry W. Hughes.

The introduction of a modern platform by Golfmanager has enabled the course to advance, consolidating all operations and offering members the convenience of online booking from any location.

Real del Mar Hotel & Golf Resort, situated in Tijuana, Baja California, is a five-star establishment featuring an 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. This challenging layout offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the Coronado Islands.

Before adopting Golfmanager, Real del Mar, similar to Puerto de Aventuras, lacked any form of management tools, complicating the daily operations of the course’s various teams.

Golfmanager, a fast-growing management software in Mexico

With these four clubs, Golfmanager has made a big step forward in Mexico, a country where it has also recently boosted its local team and announced its integration with the Mexican Hacienda last November.

Golfmanager’s strategic partnership with the nation’s tax system has facilitated its entry into many Mexican courses, where its software is used to manage not just the daily operations, but also the clubs’ fiscal and tax obligations.

As a result of the automation of manual processes on golf courses, time and resources are being saved substantially.

Furthermore, Golfmanager’s ability to adapt to any golf course type has attracted the attention of Mexican private clubs and golf resorts. With its success in the Dominican Republic, where it is the leading solution, these golf courses are now adopting this Spanish technology, which is used in over 300 golf courses worldwide.

“Mexico represents a crucial strategic market for Golfmanager, and we are intensifying our efforts to continue our expansion,” stated Daniel Sillari, co-founder and co-CEO of Golfmanager. “Our company is emerging as a leading software solution for digitally transforming the operations of Mexican golf courses.”
