Swedish apparel brand becomes the outerwear choice of seven division one teams
Premium hi-tech golf apparel brand Galvin Green has seen its award-winning rainwear garments prove a hit with leading Colleges across the United States and is now the outwear supplier seven NCCA Division 1 teams nationwide.
The increased demand for Galvin Green waterproofs amongst some of the best College golf teams in the country has corresponded with a wetter than average start to the golfing season for much of North America.

“It all started with a relationship through Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and we’ve since gained interest in our garments mostly by word of mouth through other Colleges and Universities seeking top performing styles that are made to last,” he added.
Since taking Galvin Green rainwear pieces for her team, Julie Garner, Director of Golf and Head Women’s Golf Coach at Rollins College, has been impressed with the performance and eye-catching looks on offer from the latest range.
“The product is really light which suits our needs, because we don’t need heavy rain gear playing in the warm climate of Florida,” said Julie. “But we’ve played in some very wet conditions this Spring and the rain gear is more than up to the challenge in adverse weather, plus the team members absolutely love wearing it!

A bonus is that it dries super quickly too, so we’re always ready for the next day’s play after a heavy downpour,” she added.
