Flite Golf & Entertainment‘s long-gestating Atomic Golf entertainment facility has finally opened in Las Vegas. Formerly known as Atomic Range, the facility is located next to the STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower and occupies seven acres.

Atomic Golf encompasses 99,000 square feet and four levels and has more than 100 discrete hitting bays, eight putting bays and six bars, as well as the Astrocade multi-use area and meeting space. The facility uses Flite’s patented ball tracking technology to present a suite of all-new games designed for all ages and skill levels.
“Atomic Golf is Flite’s showpiece in America’s preeminent entertainment destination,” said John Vollbrecht, CEO and founder of Flite Golf & Entertainment. “Our technology is second-to-none and the overall guest experience will provide a much-needed upgrade to yesterday’s golf entertainment.”
Flite Golf has been busy with various projects and partnerships over the past four years.
The global golf entertainment company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, builds, deploys and supports technology solutions, whether on green grass or in a multi-million-dollar entertainment venue.
Flite Golf and Century Golf announced a strategic partnership in 2021.
Century Golf will manage Atomic Golf, while Flite Golf will manage the tech side of things, with 15 people working directly on this Vegas project.
Century Golf and Flite Golf have also partnered on the $30 million Back 9 Golf & Entertainment venue in Indianapolis, Indiana. The venue opened in August 2022. It’s a three-story, 75-bay venue featuring VIP meeting rooms and an outdoor concert setting.
Flite Golf has other facilities around the world, including such far-reaching locations as London and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Additional flagship facilities in the mold of Atomic Golf are in various stages of development.
Vollbrecht said last year that he sees more green growth expansion for Flite Golf in the next five years, as well as more strategic partnerships.
“Many see [the off-course entertainment space] as more competitive, but I think that’s a good thing,” he said.
