WILMINGTON, N.C. – Evolve Golf recently announced that its Sweet Spot System, a custom tee marking application that illustrates proper tee height for consistent alignment between the golf ball and driver’s “sweet spot”, is now available in Project Good Woods sustainable line-up of wooden golf tees in a variety of color ways.
Introduced in 2008, the intuitive Sweet Spot System found on Evolve Golf’s website, allows golfers to simply enter the make and model of a driver to receive a recommendation on the optimal tee height which is denoted by a sequence of evenly spaced bands printed on the stem of the tees.
Tee height is more important and trickier than most realize,” said Benjamin Maloy, Evolve Golf Founder and CEO. “The Sweet Spot System eliminates the guesswork resulting in improved consistency off the tee.”
How it works: Simply visit evolvegolf.com or scan the QR code on the PGW S3 packaging, enter the make and model of your driver and begin a custom tee fitting experience. Two arrows will appear, pointing to the exact band on your Epoch tee at which you should tee up every when on the tee box.
In keeping with the company’s sustainability mission, a portion of every sale of Project Good Woods goes to the Arbor Day Foundation to support projects to plant trees in forests and urban watersheds.
Since launching in 2018, proceeds from PGW Sales have helped to plant 30,000 trees nationwide. Click here to learn more about Evolve Golf’s Promise to our Planet.
