CARLSBAD, California  – COBRA Golf, a leader in golf club innovation, is celebrating golf’s inaugural major championship with the release of new limited-edition DS-Adapt Season Opener drivers.

Available in LS, X, and MAX-K models, the Season Opener drivers feature unique graphics inspired by vintage postcard designs with iconic flowers found on-course across the sole, paired with a two-tone crown; with stunning looks and performance this driver will have your game as pure as the course that inspired it!

All three of the new limited-edition DS-Adapt drivers, which are the same as the standard line models other than unique graphics, feature PROGRESSIVE AERO shaping to reduce drag and increase club and ball speed, and each model features discrete shaping to tune performance for specific player types.

The DS-ADAPT LS is designed for faster swingers who require reduced spin rates and enhanced shot-shaping control. The LS model features the most advanced aero through its raised rear aft, highest crown peak, new heel aero shaping, and compact address profile (445cc).

The DS-ADAPT X is designed to fit a wide range of handicaps and skill levels and features a traditional profile (460 cc) and balanced front/back weighting that delivers the ultimate combination of speed and forgiveness.

The DS-ADAPT MAX-K is the newest addition to COBRA’s lineup and boasts an incredibly high 10K MOI, delivering extreme forgiveness and consistency.

The MAX-K features a slight oversize profile (460cc), and the highest MOI of all the DS-ADAPT models.

The new limited-edition drivers also feature COBRA’s new game changing FUTUREFIT33 ADJUSTABLE HOSEL SYSTEM, which is the most significant and innovative metalwood fitting technology to date. The system allows for 33 unique loft and lie settings that can be adjusted independently for the first time in a COBRA driver, unlocking an unprecedented number of fitting options.

The limited-edition Season Opener DS-Adapt drivers, which come standard with True Temper HZRDUS Black shaft with unique graphics and limited-edition headcover ($649 each), available online and at select retailers.
