Dye masterpiece design moves up 12 spots in ‘World’s 100 Greatest Courses’
LA ROMANA, Dominican Republic – Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, home to the Caribbean’s premier luxury golf experiences, announces its Pete Dye-designed masterpiece, Teeth of the Dog, significantly rose 12 spots and now sits at No. 20 in Golf Digest’s “World’s 100 Greatest Courses.”
Featuring internationally rated courses outside the U.S., Teeth of the Dog joins some of the greatest layouts in the game on the prestigious list including Northern Ireland’s Royal County Down G.C and Royal Portrush G.C. as well as The Old Course in St. Andrews and Muirfield in Scotland. Teeth of the Dog is the highest ranked course in both the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean.
This distinction follows Casa de Campo receiving Golf Digest’s prominent 2022 “Editors’ Choice Award” in the “Best Resorts in the Americas” (Caribbean / Bermuda category) recognizing the “best of the best” in the golf industry. This is the sixth consecutive year Casa de Campo has received the coveted tribute.
Teeth of the Dog has long been a “bucket list” layout for those seeking to play one of the world’s top golf courses.
