DALLAS – In 2024, Callaway Golf initiated a partnership with the ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour, aligning with Annika Sorenstam. The core mission of this collaboration is twofold: to enhance the quantity and quality of playing opportunities and to offer career development support to top athletes.

Callaway leads several key initiatives to achieve these goals: the annual Callaway Race 2 Qualifying points competition, the Career Assistance Bonus Program, and the Callaway Career Achievement Program.

“Callaway Golf is committed to advancing women’s golf and helping more women realize their ambition of competing on the LPGA Tour,” stated Bjoern Kreutzer, Director of Sports Marketing at Callaway Golf. “We are encouraged by the early achievements of these programs and remain dedicated to collaborating with ANNIKA and the Women’s All Pro Tour to further the progress of women’s professional golf.”

Since the Top 5 program launched in 2021, 84% of these athletes have gone on to compete full-time on the LPGA or Epson Tours. Since joining the program, Callaway Golf has strengthened it further by providing annual Career Assistance bonuses to offset the costs of launching a professional career and by rewarding athletes who win while playing Callaway equipment.

Canadian golfer Megan Osland delivered a standout performance in the 2025 Callaway Race 2 Qualifying program, finishing 2nd overall. Her result earned her entry into the 2025 LPGA Qualifying event (formerly Stage 2), secured an upgrade to her Callaway equipment, and ultimately propelled her to the Final Stage. Osland narrowly missed earning her 2026 LPGA card, missing by just two strokes.

Osland expressed her gratitude, stating, “I’m so grateful for Callaway’s support of women’s golf, and of my professional golf journey. Their support makes a big difference and means a lot! “

Gary DeSerrano, President of the ANNIKA WAPT, said, “The partnership with Callaway Golf has been transformational for the Women’s All Pro Tour and the athletes we serve. Their commitment, particularly through the Race 2 Qualifying and Career Assistance Bonus Programs, provides tangible support that directly translates into more of our players successfully advancing to the Epson and LPGA Tours.

“This is exactly the kind of strategic partnership that helps move women’s professional golf forward.”

The highly competitive Callaway Race 2 Qualifying Program is a season-long points race on the ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour, running from the first regular event to the Heritage Classic (ANNIKA Tour Championship).

The five players accumulating the most points bypass LPGA Qualifying pre-qualifying (Stage 1) and advance directly to LPGA Qualifying (Stage 2). This featured program identifies the year’s most consistent and skilled players.

The Callaway Career Assistance Program offers financial support to the top five (5) players on the Callaway Race 2 Qualifying Points list who decide to pursue their professional careers by attending LPGA Qualifying. This assistance, provided by Callaway Golf, is distributed as follows: $10,000 for the 1st-ranked player, $5,000 for 2nd, $3,000 for 3rd, $2,500 for 4th, and $2,000 for 5th.

The Callaway Career Achievement Program provides weekly bonuses to ANNIKA WAPT players who win events while using Callaway Golf products, serving as a reward for their excellent performance.

Ellie Slama, a 2025 Callaway Top 5 graduate, is set to join the Epson Tour in 2026, alongside Osland. She added, “Callaway supporting the Annika Women’s All Pro Tour has been so influential for the players, the sponsorships and the success of this tour. We feel so grateful and appreciative for the Callaway Team joining our ANNIKA WAPT Community and helping so many players keep working toward their dreams and goals.”

The ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour is set to begin its 2026 season with the Lake Charles Sports Authority Championship. The event will take place at L’Auberge Casino Resort in Lake Charles, Louisiana, from April 8-11.
