BRIDGESTONE GOLF COLLABORATES WITH FAIRWAY SOCIAL IN GOLF ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS VENTURE

Food and drink combined with indoor golf simulators cater to a modern audience           

COVINGTON, Georgia (May 22, 2021) – Bridgestone Golf, the No. 1 Ball-Fitter in Golf, today announced a cooperative relationship with Fairway Social, an indoor golf entertainment venue complete with premium food and drink, hitting bays with golf simulators, and a world-class putting course. 

Developed by parent company Competitive Social Ventures, Fairway Social will also feature a pro shop in each location with a variety of Bridgestone Golf products including TOUR B and e12 CONTACT golf balls, golf gloves, and digital camo hats. Bridgestone e12 CONTACT golf balls will be the exclusive model used in hitting bays and on putting courses at Fairway Social locations.

Neal Freeman, CEO of Competitive Social Ventures and Founder of Fairway Social comments, “I knew from day one when I first envisioned Fairway Social that I wanted to work with Bridgestone Golf. So much of what we are trying to do, Bridgestone has already accomplished.” 

He adds, “They have great leadership, great products, and are a great advocate of the local markets – we are excited to continue the Made Here, Played Here campaign, along with Bridgestone Golf.”

The first Fairway Social location will celebrate a grand opening on May 25 in Alpharetta, GA, right outside Atlanta and not far from Bridgestone Golf’s HQ in Covington, GA. 

Dan Murphy, CEO and President of Bridgestone Golf, comments, “We’ve been very fortunate to enjoy a lot of success in the state of Georgia and we’re very pleased to continue that experience by working with Fairway Social. We’re also glad our new e12 CONTACT golf ball will be the standard for all Fairway Social patrons.”

The motto of Fairway Social is, “Be Safe. Be Fun. Be Social,” and at each location, there will be plenty of opportunity to do all three. Not only are the chef-inspired menus in the full-service restaurant sure to please a wide variety of tastes but there’s a multitude of activities from which to choose, including a selection of over 100 world-renowned golf courses to play on one of 11 Full Swing simulators, as well as 13 other multisport games. 

Craft cocktails and a curated wine list are perfect for adults to enjoy on the rooftop patio while lawn games, TV’s, and the impressive Back-9 Putting Experience are just some of the options for those interested in family-oriented fun.
