Key Features of the new AO2:
- Premium Materials: We utilize premium, ultra-high modulus, exotic fibers including the use of a proprietary blend of fibers woven into a flat, spread tow weave called POWERGRID™ – delivering unmatched stability without adding weight.
- Advanced Architecture: Our Coreless Design eliminates the industry standard of a bias core and instead integrates bias plies throughout the shaft wall from the inside out providing inertial balance between bending stiffness and torsional stability.
- Build Precision: Our fine-tuned engineering techniques, utilizing up to 4 times as many material plies, yield a balanced, concentric and consistent product.
AO2 will be available in two profiles, Blue and Gray, and in 22 weight and flex combinations to accommodate a variety of swing speeds and playing styles. Early prototypes have already undergone extensive testing with fitting partners and competitive players, producing standout feedback on feel, stability, and overall performance.
