DENTON, Texas – The ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour will make its first appearance in Colorado and the Denver metro for the Colorado Championship at Todd Creek, next week, July 29-Aug. 1.
The inaugural event’s field is set with one hundred thirty-two professional women from eighteen countries. The field will include 14 of the top twenty players on this year’s Callaway Race To Qualifying standings.

“We are thrilled with the level of competition coming to Denver for this event”, said Gary DeSarrano, CEO of K&G Sports, founder of the ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour. “The golf fans of Colorado will get the chance to see the next stars of the Epson and LPGA Tours at the Colorado Championship.”
The tournament week will kick off with a Pro-Am pairings party at Todd Creek, Sunday, July 27 at 6 PM. On Monday, July 28, the Colorado Championship Pro-Am will start at 10:30 AM. The professional tournament will begin on Tuesday, July 29 at 7:30 AM and conclude on Friday, Aug. 1. The tournament will be a 72-hole championship, with a 36-hole cut to the top 50 and ties. Attendance is free to the public.

The ANNIKA WAPT is the premier developmental opportunity for female golf professionals to prepare for life on the Epson and LPGA Tours. The top five points winners on the Callaway Race to Stage II earn advancement directly to Stage II of LPGA qualifying and Epson Tour status the following year.
