KemperSports sweeps top honors in all categories

NORTHBROOK, Illinois – KemperSports, a leading golf, sports and hospitality experience company, announced today that 20 of its golf courses received 2026 GolfersVoice Customer Satisfaction Awards from the National Golf Foundation based on achieving outstanding customer satisfaction and loyalty scores from their guests.

GolfersVoice is a customer experience platform used by golf facilities to collect survey feedback from golfers and evaluate the associated data against benchmarks of similarly priced properties.

The 2026 awards celebrate public facilities with the highest customer-supplied scores on four key categories: Loyalty/Net Promoter Score, Course Conditions, Food and Beverage, and Staff and Customer Service. Each award category is segmented by two different price points for equitable peer evaluations.

“It’s a tremendous honor to receive these awards on behalf of our passionate and dedicated team members,” said KemperSports CEO Steve Skinner. “Their commitment to unmatched customer service and memorable guest experiences make them the best in the industry.”

Twenty (20) different KemperSports courses took home awards, including the No. 1 spot in each award category. The Jewel Golf Club (Lake City, MN) and Skyway Golf Course at Lincoln Park West (Jersey City, NJ) both were honored in each of the four categories, taking home four awards apiece, while Sand Creek Station (Newton, KS) and Skyway earned the distinguished honor of winning first place in two different categories.

In total, 36 of the 48 awards were won by KemperSports properties.

These awards and the independent data behind them continue to cement KemperSports as the golf industry’s recognized leader for creating experiences that drive golfer happiness and engagement.
