STRACKALINE EXTENDS PARTNERSHIP WITH THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF GOLF ADMINISTRATORS (IAGA)

SAN DIEGO, California (May 14, 2021) –  StrackaLine has agreed to a five-year corporate partner extension with the IAGA.  As part of this extension, StrackaLine will be able to market its course setup technology to IAGA member associations as well as become the official green guides and yardage book of the IAGA.

Among the services StrackaLine provides are:

  • Custom Greens and Yardage books for play.
  • Slope maps of greens for hole location selection at host courses.
  • Database of hole locations for past and future events.
  • Variety of hole location sheets to enhance the golfer experience.

“IAGA member associations host thousands of events each year, and I’m excited to help them run their tournaments as efficiently as possible,” said StrackaLine president Jim Stracka. “Our technology can benefit courses and golfers in a variety of ways, and our continued partnership with IAGA will showcase StrackaLine’s versatility.”

StrackaLine now has 10,000+ courses scanned, including some of the nation’s most prominent layouts. Use of the greens guides at all levels of the game has surged, and the company now counts nearly every Division I golf program among its users.

The greens maps, which feature easy-to-read arrows, allow players to view contour and fall lines, in addition to slope percentage, anywhere on the green.
