Long-term value and strategic control for the high-performance golf brand secured

PORTLAND, Oregon – PAYNTR Golf and PAYNTR Golf Global have announced that the company has acquired full ownership of the PAYNTR brand’s intellectual property (IP) specific to golf.

This strategic move solidifies PAYNTR Golf’s position as the exclusive owner of all PAYNTR trademarks, technologies, product innovations, and brand assets within the golf category, ensuring complete control over the brand’s future.

By transitioning from a licensing model to full IP ownership, PAYNTR Golf now gains total control over its brand identity, product development, marketing strategies, and quality standards. This strategic position strengthens the company’s brand equity, enhances its long-term valuation, and provides direct access to revenue from proprietary technologies and branding.

Moreover, owning its IP creates a stronger competitive moat, preventing unauthorized use and reinforcingPAYNTR Golf’s innovation-first approach.
