OCEANSIDE, California – LA GOLF, a leading performance-driven golf brand, will be the presenting sponsor of the 2025 Summer Grind, a high stakes par-3 golf tournament scheduled to take place Saturday, Aug. 30 and Sunday, Aug. 31 at Goat Hill Park in Oceanside, California.

The Summer Grind presented by LA GOLF will feature 44 two-person teams competing in a gripping two-day, 36-hole tournament with a no-stroke, low-gross format.

Tickets for the Summer Grind are available at https://grassleague.com/2025-summer-grind and include access to the tournament and post-golf afterparties, including the Sunday evening concert featuring singer-songwriter and surfer Donavan Frankenreiter.

The Summer Grind is the second event of the 2025 Grass League season. The League’s first event, The Grass Clippings Open presented by Gila River Resorts & Casinos, took place April 30-May 3 at Grass Clippings Rolling Hills in Tempe, Arizona. The Grass League Championship presented by Gila River Resorts & Casinos will be held Dec. 5-6 at Grass Clippings Rolling Hills.

As part of their Summer Grind presenting sponsorship agreements, LA GOLF receives digital and onsite branding, tickets to the tournament and nightly concerts, as well as social media and YouTube collaborations leading up to the event.

“Grass League is innovative and fun, which is perfectly aligned with LA GOLF’s mission and we are excited about this partnership,” said Reed Dickens, CEO & Founder, LA GOLF.

“LA GOLF are pioneers in bringing fresh marketing to golf, and their innovative products speak for themselves. From world-class shafts and putters, to their newest launch: The LA GOLF Driver – where the face and shaft match your swing speed – and soon a full bag, their equipment will help Grass League players perform at the highest level,” said Jimmy Hoselton, Co-Founder & Head of Partnerships, Grass League.

Grass League features 11 franchise teams from regional markets, including Los Angeles, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Minnesota, Michigan, Canada, Tampa Bay, New York, Dallas and more. Each of the 11 Grass League Franchises will field four two-person teams at the Summer Grind.

Team investors include Good Good Golf, Wyndham Clark, Los Angeles Dodgers’ Manager Dave Roberts, Golf.com Founder Michael Lazerow, investment firm Social Leverage, and Eberg Capital. Additional Grass League franchise opportunities will soon be made available.
