Branded Bills, a leader in premium headwear and custom lifestyle apparel, today announced an estimated 50% year-over-year growth for the first half of 2025, capping off a transformative spring that included a major headquarters move and the expansion of its national sales team.

The company recently relocated to a newly leased 96,407-square-foot facility at 360 S. Smith Road in Tempe, Arizona—more than 2.5 times larger than its previous 37,000-square-foot location in Mesa. The new headquarters consolidates warehouse, production, sales, and creative operations under one roof, increasing both capacity and efficiency to support continued scale.

“The move to our new building gave us room to breathe and room to grow,” said Carl Montanye, National Sales Director at Branded Bills. “Even with all the logistical hurdles that come with relocating, our team never missed a beat—and the results speak for themselves. We’re on track for our strongest year ever.”

Branded Bills’ new HQ

To meet growing demand, Branded Bills has added three new Account Representatives to deepen relationships across key territories:

  • Jeff Dibona, based in the Northeast, brings extensive experience in golf and premium custom headwear.
  • Dan Giedemeyer, located in Indiana, will serve the Midwest region with a focus on independent golf and resort accounts.
  • Griffin Stoddard, working out of Tempe HQ, covers the West Coast..

“Each of these hires reflects our belief in serving customers where they are, with a rep who knows their region and understands their business,” said Montanye. “This team strengthens our ability to deliver speed, service, and premium product where it matters most.”

Branded Bills also made a deliberate choice in the first half of the year to hold pricing steady, despite rising costs and ongoing tariff uncertainty in the global market.

“With so much tariff noise this year, it would have been easy to pass those increases along. But we didn’t,” Montanye added. “Instead, we doubled down on our commitment to the partners who’ve been with us from the beginning—especially in golf. We know loyalty goes both ways.”

With expanded infrastructure, new team members, and a clear growth trajectory, Branded Bills is optimistic about the second half of 2025.

“We’ve never been better positioned operationally or strategically,” Montanye said. “The spring tested our resilience, and our team rose to the occasion. Now, we’re ready to deliver even more—faster and at scale—for our customers as we head into the back half of the year.”

Founded in 2015, Branded Bills is a lifestyle brand based in Tempe, Arizona, known for high-quality headwear, apparel, and custom merchandise. With a focus on innovation, premium materials, and fast fulfillment, Branded Bills serves a growing base of DTC, wholesale, and licensed partners across North America.
