Member for a Day (www.memberforaday.com) is excited to announce it has surpassed $10 million in funds raised for charitable causes around the world.

“Reaching $10 million is an incredible achievement,” said Eric Sedransk, Founder & CEO. “Member for a Day was started during the pandemic to help frontline workers in New York City during a difficult time in our country’s history.  I couldn’t have envisioned four years later hitting this milestone and seeing how many people our community has impacted through the game of golf.”

Member for a Day provides once-in-a-lifetime golf experiences raising needed funds for charities using cutting edge technology, dynamic media & the power of an active philanthropic community.

Working with charities of all sizes including The LPGA Foundation, Rose Bowl Foundation, Major League Baseball Players Alumni, First Tee Chapters, Bourque Family Foundation, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Coaches vs Cancer, ALS Association, Children’s Miracle Network and hundreds more.

Member for a Day provides a unique platform for raising charitable funds with no upfront costs to nonprofits.

Our focus is to leverage the power of golf to do good in the world.” said Sedransk. “Golfers are looking for unique experiences and we offer the ability to play the most desired courses in the world while giving back to hundreds of amazing causes.”

Fundraising has historically been a struggle for nonprofits. Member for a Day was built to make the process completely seamless, providing a one-stop destination to bring member donated rounds of golf to a large community of active golfers interested in playing exclusive courses.

Through dynamic marketing activations, a growing social media presence and unique content, Member for a Day has become the premier destination for charity golf auctions in the US.

“The synergies between golf and charity are only going to continue to grow.” said Sedransk.”The future of Member for Day includes expanding the ways we tap into a growing golf community interested in blending their passion for the game while giving back to their communities and the people most in need.

“The game of golf has a history of giving back and Member for a Day is going to continue to support and grow this incredible community.”
