Award is designed to identify, recognize and honor the 100 best companies to work for in Chicago
NORTHBROOK, Illinois – KemperSports, a leading golf, sports, entertainment and hospitality company, announced today that they were honored by Crain’s Chicago Business on their 2024 list of the Best Places to Work in Chicago.
The honor was announced at a reception in Chicago on Sept. 12 and was included in the Sept. 16 print issue.
To determine the top 100 Chicago-based companies to work for, Crain’s surveyed thousands of employees and their employers on the working conditions, benefits and corporate culture that make a company a great place to work.

Determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago involved a two-step process consisting of evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics which was worth 20 percent of the overall evaluation.
The second part of the nomination process consisted of employee surveys to assess their experiences and attitudes that amounted to 80 percent of the total evaluation.
