CANTON, Ohio – Team USA Golf Events LLC is proud to announce the 4th Annual Team USA National Championship will be played on Aug. 23-24, 2025 in Canton, Ohio. The championship event will be played on two of Ohio’s finest golf courses, Glenmoor Country Club and The Quarry Golf Club.
The Team USA vs Team Scotland Amateur Golf Championship enters its fourth season in 2025. Amateur golfers play in local qualifiers across the United States throughout 2025. No USGA-GHIN Handicap is required to participate. Golfers who win their flight at the qualifying tournaments win entry into the Team USA National Championships in Canton, Ohio. Amateur Golfers can also buy directly into the National Championships in Canton if there is no local qualifier in their area.
The $285 entry fee includes opening ceremonies at the Pro Football Hall of Fame and two rounds of golf with the chance to win a trip to St. Andrews, Scotland.
Five flight winners will be crowned Team USA National Champions in Canton. These five Team USA National Champions win a trip to St. Andrews, Scotland, the home of golf, in 2026. While in Scotland they will play some of the best links courses in the world, get their pictures taken on the iconic Swilcan Bridge in front of the R&A Clubhouse, and compete against Team Scotland in a two-day competition.
