Firm to enrich the golf and social offerings at untapped North Carolina property
“Bobby Jones Links embraces a direct, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to managing golf properties that is helping us scale more effectively as we improve the guest experience at this property,” said Silos Owner Brandon Lee, who also owns the nearby BJL-managed Player’s Ridge Golf Course. “Some of our holes, like No. 15 and 16 have our attention as we make improvements, and we think these holes can turn into showstoppers for the course. The Silos has the best views of any golf course in the area. It’s close to the mountains and the views are stunning.”
The spacious barn venue on the property is currently being used as a party and event venue. Lee says he and his team are developing plans to add a permanent restaurant and bar in that space, and then lease out the restaurant.
“We enjoy projects like the Silos at Granada Farms because we’re hands-on in the process of bringing Brandon Lee’s vision for what this place can be to life,” said Bobby Jones Links’ Chief Development Officer Doug Hellman. “It’s opportunities like this that allow us to draw on our deep expertise in all facets of course development and operations to achieve our client’s goals and ROI while elevating the golfing experience at this property. Over time, the improvements will be dramatic.”
